Shipping policy
At Comfi, we want to get your hearing technology to you as quickly and safely as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms:
1. Processing & Handling
All orders undergo a quality check and sanitization process before leaving our warehouse. This typically takes 1–3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, your estimated shipping time begins.
2. Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Our most popular option. Delivery is estimated at 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Express Shipping: When you choose Express, your order is moved to the front of our processing queue for Priority Handling. By using accelerated transit routes, delivery is estimated at 9 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is on its way, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the link to update as the parcel moves through the initial courier hubs. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor this link for delivery updates.
4. External Delays & Customs (The "Jazz")
While we aim for perfection, sometimes things happen that are outside our direct control. Comfi Clarity PRO is not responsible for minor delays caused by:
Local postal service backlogs or holiday periods.
Routine customs inspections for international shipments.
Incomplete or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Please note that a courier delay does not mean a package is lost. We consider a package "in transit" as long as the tracking link shows active movement.
5. How to Get Help
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated business days listed above, please reach out to us at hello@comfishop.com or our contact us form. We are here to help and can usually resolve most tracking or delivery issues within 24 hours. We kindly ask that you contact our support team directly before reaching out to your bank, as this allows us to provide you with the fastest possible resolution.
